About

Trust first, technology second.

We believe personal relationships and straight technical answers are what actually move a project forward. Our aim is to be the adviser you call before you have decided what to buy — not after.

What we do

We close the gap between global technology and Israeli programmes.

Founded in 2015, ScaleIL has spent more than a decade representing the vendors behind avionics, vehicle platforms, medical devices and national infrastructure — and making them practical to buy and deploy in Israel: local quoting and licensing, first-line support in your time zone, and engineers who can sit in your lab.

We continuously work to understand our customers’ needs and challenges so we can offer the right technology and the know-how to apply it — and we leverage our understanding of the Israeli market to represent our partners’ technology properly here.

Our engineering team is qualified to the highest industry standards and professionally accredited by the leading hardware and software vendors we carry.

Management

Meet the team

Chief Executive Officer

Tomer Bogin

Tomer brings more than twenty years across embedded and enterprise technology, on both the engineering and commercial sides. Before founding ScaleIL he was Wind River's Sales Director for the Middle East, covering aerospace, defense and homeland security programmes, and served as COO of NextNine, where he defined and executed the company's industrial IoT strategy. Earlier he spent over a decade at Mercury Interactive — later acquired by HP — managing part of the Americas presales organisation and then heading technical field operations across Asia Pacific. He holds a BA in computer science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from San Jose State University.

VP Sales & Business Development

Amir Erez

Amir leads sales and business development across the telecom, networking and cloud markets. He brings twenty years in technical, sales and business development roles: previously head of networking sales in Israel for Wind River, with earlier positions at Check Point Software Technologies and more than a decade at Bynet Data Communication. That combination means he can take a conversation from commercial terms straight into routing tables without changing gear. He holds a BA in computer science and business management from the Open University and is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).

Chief Technology Officer

Yehuda Marko

Yehuda leads solution consulting and system design, specialising in real-time operating systems, embedded Linux, firmware and board support package development. Across more than two decades at Compax, Elbit Systems and Wind River he has led land, control, avionics and UAV projects for the Israeli aerospace and defense industry, including programmes carried through formal certification. He is usually the person who ends up in the lab at two in the morning working out why the board will not boot. He holds a BSc in computer science from the Jerusalem College of Technology.
